How long will my order take to complete?

Some of the services we provide complete within minutes, others hours, and others sometimes days. It is hard to provide timeframes for these services so sometimes you may have to be patient while waiting for an order to complete. In most cases, the order should at least start within 24 hours.

I paid and don't have my balance, how do I get it?

After you pay for balance, an email is instantly sent to the delivery email (when paying with Paypal the email is sent to the Paypal email) you entered when checking out (make sure you check spam/promotions or other folders). You need to open that email and click the redeem link to get your balance. If you have checked the folders of your inbox like spam/promotions/etc and can't find the email, contact us for support.

What is a refill (R30, R20, R60, etc) and how does it work?

If a service is marked with [R30]/[R60]/[R] (anything with R), it means that there is a guarantee for some days after your purchase. The number after the R represents how many days that is (for example, R30 means you can request a refill within 30 days of your order). In case of service drop, you can ask via ticket for the order to be refilled. They are usually automatically refilled! To be eligible for a refill, you need to be at or above the start count of the order.

What is "Partial" status?

This is when we partially refund the remains of an order to your balance. Sometimes for some reasons we are unable to deliver a full order, so we refund you the remaining undelivered amount to your balance.
Example: You bought an order with quantity 10 000 that charges 10$, let's say we delivered 9 000 and couldn't deliver the remaining 1 000, then we will "Partial" the order and refund you the remaining 1 000 (1$ in this example).

What is "Canceled" status?

This is when we refund the cost of an order to your balance. Sometimes for some reasons we are unable to deliver an order, so we refund you the cost to your balance.
Example: You bought an order with quantity 10 000 that charges 10$ and the order status is set as "Canceled", the order is canceled and you are refunded the full cost to your balanace ($10 in this example).
